Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available by phone or online. All gift certificates expire one year from purchase date, are non refundable, nontransferable, and may not be redeemed for cash. The Haven Spa & Wellness Center is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Payments
We accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard for payment of services. However, we only accept cash for gratuities.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of your scheduled service or you will be charged the full price of your scheduled service.
